Crocodiles Surf the Waves

Australian researchers have found that saltwater crocodiles ‘surf the ocean currents‘. This was discovered using sonar sensors and satellite transmitters.
Saltwater crocodiles are the largest reptiles in the world, growing up to 5.5m long. So this surfing technique could save them huge amounts of energy as they travel around looking for their next dinner.

One of the world’s most endangered crocodiles, the Siamese Crocodile, has been located in a Cambodian Rescue center reports the Guardian. This is great news for lovers of crocodiles everywhere!
